After years of anticipation,Bangor has been granted the go ahead  for the Bangor Marine Garden. TheCompletion is due in Autumn 2026.

This will be great for Bangor as it will attract more people to this beautiful seaside Town. And that is not all .

The Flagship commercial centre has also been granted planning permission.

This is fantastic news , after all these years.Bangor town centre will come to life and will attract more visitors. 

Let’s not forget the Former Royal Hotel & Windsor Bar.

The current building will be demolished and replaced by high -quality mixed use Apartments and Restaurants which are badly needed.
